1. Insurance Licensing
Waltoria LLC offers licensed insurance services. Insurance products are presented and placed by Ifeanyi Onubogu, an individually licensed insurance producer, National Producer Number 20352929, resident state NE.
Active producer licenses are held in: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IN, MI, MO, ND, NE, OH, OK, SC, TN, WI, WV. Being licensed in a state is not the same as being appointed with a given carrier there; the products available to you depend on your state and on the carriers we hold appointments with at the time we speak.
Guarantees and benefits are the obligation of the issuing insurance company. Policy terms, exclusions, limitations and eligibility are governed by the policy as issued and by the carrier's underwriting. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance in a state where we are not licensed.
2. Not a Registered Investment Adviser
Waltoria LLC is not a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or with any state securities regulator, and is not a broker-dealer. We do not provide investment advice as defined by the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and we are not compensated for advising anyone as to the value of securities or the advisability of investing in, purchasing or selling securities.
Nothing on this website, in our email, or in any other communication from us constitutes investment advice, a recommendation regarding a security, a solicitation to buy or sell a security, or a projection of investment performance. Where an insurance product has an accumulation feature, we describe it as what it is — a feature of an insurance contract — and any illustration of it comes from the issuing carrier, not from us.
3. Tax Services and IRC §7216
Tax preparation and tax planning services, where we provide them, are delivered under a written engagement letter that defines the scope of the work, the period covered and the fee. We are not your tax return preparer until that engagement letter is signed.
Where we do act as a tax return preparer, 26 U.S.C. §7216 and 26 C.F.R. §301.7216-3 govern what we may do with your tax return information. We use and disclose that information only to prepare your return, or as otherwise permitted by those rules — and for any other use or disclosure we obtain your knowing, voluntary, written consent first, in the form the regulations require. That consent is a separate document you sign; it is never implied by a marketing message, a website visit or an email.
We also do not use a list of taxpayers whose returns we have prepared to market any service other than tax return preparation, as 26 C.F.R. §301.7216-2(n) requires.
4. Commercial Email
Business outreach email from Waltoria LLC is commercial email and is identified as an advertisement in the message itself. Every such message carries our entity name, a valid physical postal address and a working one-click unsubscribe link, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.
One click ends it. Use the unsubscribe link in any message, or write to the address below, and we stop — across every campaign, not only the one you received. We honor an unsubscribe against the email address, so one request covers every record that carries it. We never sell, lease or transfer an email address to anyone.
We do not send marketing text messages to anyone who has not asked for them. SMS from us goes only to people who have given prior express written consent, and STOP ends it immediately — see the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.
