Schedule C: The Year-End Session and Its Credit
These terms are the same for everyone who pays for a Waltoria year-end session, whether or not they join a membership. Waltoria publishes them on its website.
- 1.
The session. A planning meeting in November or December about the current tax year: what can still change your tax for the year, and the estimated tax due in January. It costs $150 for a household or $250 for a business, paid when you book.
- 2.
What it uses. Only what you tell Waltoria for planning (Section 6 of the Membership Agreement). Waltoria does not ask to see a tax return or a tax document, does not record the session, and gives nothing from it to an AI system.
- 3.
Cancelling. If you cancel before the session is held, or Waltoria cancels it and you do not reschedule, your fee is refunded in full. Once the session is held, the fee is not refunded. It becomes a credit under item 4.
- 4.
The credit. The full session fee is credited once, toward the first of these that you buy within 12 months after your session:
- a Waltoria tax membership (credited as Section 4.3 of the Membership Agreement says);
- a Waltoria return-only fee; or
- a Waltoria family planning service that has a flat fee and pays Waltoria no commission: Financial Clarity & Debt Strategy.
The credit:
- belongs to whoever paid the session fee, and may be used for that person's household or, for a business session, for the business;
- is never applied to an insurance premium or to any product or service that pays Waltoria a commission, and never depends on buying insurance or any other product;
- has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and ends 12 months after your session;
- is the same for everyone.
- 5.
Using it. Tell Waltoria when you buy. Waltoria applies the credit from its record of your session payment. Waltoria does not contact you to promote this credit, or any service, on the basis of your tax information.
